What time do shows start?

What are your box office hours?
|
|
|

Our Box Office is open on day of show at 4:00pm to sell tickets if any are still available. The box office is located at 19 South 69th Street, directly in front of the club. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash. |

Where is Will-Call?
|
|
|
|
|
Will-Call is located at the box office, directly in front of the club. Customer needs to bring purchasing credit card /confirmation number and photo ID to pick up tickets. |

Can I bring a camera, video camera or record audio?

Personal cameras are allowed in the venue (unless otherwise specified by the artist). Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. |

Is your venue all ages? Do you have a bar?

Most shows are All Ages, unless otherwise specified on our calendar.
The theater has 2 full service bars located in the lobbies of the 1st and 2nd floors.
We also have specialty drink kiosks scattered about the venue and cocktail waitresses working the aisles during most shows. You MUST be 21+ and have photo ID to purchase alcohol. |
